Chandigarh housing board to auction 154 properties from August 16

Starting on August 16, the Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) will auction off 154 properties in the city, including 101 commercial and 53 residential ones. All of the properties will be auctioned through an online auction, mostly in the Manimajra and southern areas.

According to sources, those who are interested will have plenty of time to apply for the electronic bidding to buy commercial and residential properties. Additionally, the CHB wings have organised for potential purchasers to visit the premises for inspection.

101 commercial properties will be auctioned off, 99 on a leasehold basis and the rest on a freehold basis. Depending on the size, acreage, and location of the property, the reserve price and earnest money will change.
