County Group to Launch Ultra-Luxury Project in Gurugram

NCR-based County Group plans to launch an ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 88A, Gurugram. Spread across about 24 acres, the development will comprise 844 residences in nine towers, including three Gold Segment towers, with 3 and 4BHK configurations. The project has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs. 45 bn.

The development is situated in New Gurugram’s emerging growth corridor, with connectivity to key destinations through the Dwarka Expressway and NH-48. Its location is intended to support access to major residential, commercial and infrastructure hubs across the National Capital Region.

The project’s design will follow a pedestrian-first approach, with vehicular movement largely restricted to the periphery. The internal landscape will include shaded pathways, garden courts, community nodes and golf carts, creating a calmer and more walkable environment for residents. Gardens, wellness decks, social lawns and shaded trails are also planned as part of the development’s everyday spaces.

A central feature will be Club Elixir, a private leisure, wellness and social facility spread across ground plus two floors. The club is planned to include a grand lobby, gym, banquet halls, courtyards, spa, meditation zones, restaurants, a café, indoor activity areas, lounges and poolside spaces. Facilities are intended to serve children, young professionals, families and senior residents.

The sports zone will include a multi-purpose court, two tennis courts, a volleyball court, cricket pitches, a golf putting area, and pickleball and padel courts. County Group Director Amit Modi said the development was being planned to combine space, nature, wellness and daily experiences while maintaining the quality and long-term value associated with the company. Construction is scheduled to run from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2032.
