Emami Realty set to launch two premium projects in Kolkata

Emami Realty Limited has announced the launch of two premium infrastructure projects in Kolkata.

These projects include a commercial project, Emami Business Bay located in Salt Lake Sector V and Emami Aastha, a bungalow township cluster in Bhasa, near Joka, Kolkata. These projects are located in the east and south-west region of Kolkata.

CEO and Managing Director of Emami Realty, Dr Nitesh Kumar, said that the company would launch two premium projects in Kolkata. The projects will provide unique architecture and design excellence to the people. The bungalow township project will offer a tranquil stay to the residents and is well-connected with city amenities. The commercial project will provide an ideal business address for professional aspirants.

Emami Aastha is designed with the theme of the urban forest, with a thick swathe of greenery, avenues of trees, lawns and isolated within the city, away from the crowd of Kolkata. The residential township is spread across 40 acres of land, with an estimated project cost of around Rs 300 crore. The company is providing 423 bungalows of the premium township for sale. The size of the plots in Phase-I ranges approximately between 1,440-1,771 sq ft.

The township offers all modern amenities, including an open gymnasium, gym, jogging track, putting greens, fish and bird feeding areas, yoga deck, floating cafe, cycling track, gardens, skating rink, temple, club, kid's play zone, senior citizen park, water bodies, pet relief area, among others.
