Embassy To Launch Six Bengaluru Housing Projects Worth Rs 103 Billion

Embassy Developments Ltd on Monday announced plans to launch six new residential projects in Bengaluru with an estimated value of around Rs 103 billion. In a regulatory filing, the company said all six projects will be located in North Bengaluru, one of its most strategic markets.

“With RERA approval for two of our projects, we have entered an exciting phase of growth and are confident of achieving our pre-sales target of approximately Rs 50 billion for FY26,” said Aditya Virwani, Managing Director of Embassy Developments Ltd.

Embassy Developments Ltd is the flagship company of the Bengaluru-based Embassy Group, which is also a promoter of WeWork India and a sponsor of Embassy Office Parks REIT.
