Godrej Awards Rs 11 Billion Contracts

Godrej Properties has partnered with Tata Projects for core and shell construction works across three luxury residential developments along Golf Course Road in Gurugram. The contracts, valued at approximately Rs 11 billion, mark the largest single construction contract award by Godrej Properties to date.

The projects covered under the association include Godrej Sora, Godrej Astra and Godrej Samaris. All three developments are positioned as premium luxury residential projects designed with superior architecture, high-quality construction and thoughtfully planned spaces. Godrej Samaris, an upcoming launch by Godrej Properties in Sector 53, Gurugram, will span 7.41 acre.

The collaboration marks the first partnership between Godrej Properties and Tata Projects. With over 45 years of experience, Tata Projects has delivered several major infrastructure and building projects across India, including the New Parliament Building in New Delhi, Noida International Airport and Atal Setu in Mumbai.
