Godrej Properties purchases 12 acre of land in Pune for building houses

Real estate company Godrej Properties announced that it has purchased 12 acre of land in Pune for the construction of a housing complex with a potential sales income of roughly Rs 20 billion.

In Mundhwa-East, Pune, the company purchased a 12-acre property piece outright. This property will largely be developed for a high-end project of group living.

The project's potential for development would be over 2.2 million sq ft, and its revenue potential will be around Rs 20 billion.
