Godrej Properties Taps Tata Projects for Rs 11 bn Gurugram Works

Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has appointed Tata Projects (TP) to carry out core and shell construction works for three luxury residential developments along Golf Course Road in Gurugram.

The combined contract value is approximately Rs 11 bn and represents the largest single construction contract awarded by GPL to date.

The assignments cover Godrej Sora, Godrej Astra and Godrej Samaris, each positioned as premium developments emphasising superior architecture, high quality construction and thoughtfully planned spaces.

Godrej Samaris is slated for Sector 53, Gurugram, and spans seven point four one acres.

This engagement is the first partnership between GPL and TP and brings together two established Indian brands with shared priorities on excellence, safety and quality.

TP, which has more than 45 years of experience, has delivered several landmark projects across India including the New Parliament Building in New Delhi, Noida International Airport and the Atal Setu in Mumbai.

GPL's chief operating officer described the collaboration as a strategic step to strengthen execution on key luxury developments in a highly competitive and quality conscious residential market, and said the partnership would help enhance delivery timelines, construction standards and on ground efficiency.

Tata Projects' executive vice president and SBU head for urban spaces characterised the association as aligned with the developer's vision of creating sustainable, future ready living spaces that set new benchmarks in design, quality and liveability.

The collaboration underlines GPL's ongoing focus on partnering with leading construction firms to deliver high quality, sustainable urban developments.

GPL said its approach is anchored in thoughtful design, sustainability and thriving communities, and noted that over 100,000 families have found homes with the company as part of the Godrej Industries Group.
