India Sotheby's International Realty Enters JV With Interiors With Art

India Sotheby's International Realty has entered a strategic joint venture with Interiors With Art, a United Kingdom based design practice, to raise the benchmark in ultra-luxury residential living in India. The partnership is intended to provide bespoke end to end design and architecture consultancy for ultra high net worth individuals (UHNIs) and high net worth individuals (HNIs) in India. The collaboration aligns India SIR's domestic market leadership with the studio's international design experience.

Interiors With Art brings over 24 years of practice in the United Kingdom and a record of delivering interiors for global billionaires and royal families across Europe, the Middle East and India. The studio has developed a structured design process that combines immersive visual tools, curated material libraries and specialised systems to reduce uncertainty, avoid costly changes and keep projects progressing. Its approach is described as crafting residences that are beautiful and deeply personal while supporting long term health and wellbeing.

The IWA leadership combines multi generational academic and professional pedigree and includes practitioners leading commercial and creative strategy. The firm is led operationally by a managing director with corporate and international management experience, complemented by senior creative leadership with training from notable design institutions and refined fluency in arts and craftsmanship. The next generation of leadership focuses on wellbeing led, technology driven solutions, integrating longevity science and AI enabled delivery into residential projects.

The joint venture arrives as the Indian luxury housing segment expands and buyers seek higher standards of sophistication, technology and personalisation. India Sotheby's International Realty connects this offering to its established national presence and an international network that spans 84 countries with 1,100 offices and 26,100 sales associates, and a transaction volume of United States dollar (USD) 157 bn in 2024. The partners expect the collaboration to enhance bespoke outcomes for discerning clients while maintaining privacy and craftsmanship.
