India Sotheby's International Realty Enters JV With Interiors With Art

India Sotheby's International Realty has entered a strategic joint venture with Interiors With Art, a United Kingdom based design practice, to raise the benchmark in ultra-luxury residential living in India. The partnership is intended to provide bespoke end to end design and architecture consultancy for ultra high net worth individuals (UHNIs) and high net worth individuals (HNIs) in India. Interiors With Art brings over 24 years of practice in the United Kingdom and a record of delivering interiors for global billionaires and royal families across Europe, the Middle East and India. The studio has developed a structured design process that combines immersive visual tools, curated material libraries and specialised systems to reduce uncertainty, avoid costly changes and keep projects progressing.
