Hafele has expanded its built-in kitchen appliance portfolio with the launch of the Midora Full Steam Oven, designed to support healthier and more versatile cooking in modern kitchens.

The appliance integrates full steam technology with conventional baking, grilling and roasting functions, enabling users to prepare dishes that retain nutrients, texture and natural flavours while reducing the need for added fats. Steam-assisted cooking ensures moist and tender results, while combined modes deliver balanced outcomes with crisp exteriors and evenly cooked interiors.

Designed for flexibility, the Midora Full Steam Oven offers multiple cooking and steam-assisted programmes suited to both everyday meals and more elaborate preparations. Its spacious interior accommodates varied cookware and portion sizes, supporting efficient and convenient cooking.

User-focused features include a soft-close door, an intuitive touch control panel with slider functionality and LED display, and telescopic shelf supports for safer handling. Energy efficiency is enhanced through a triple-glazed glass door that minimises heat loss and maintains consistent temperatures.

Maintenance is simplified with integrated steam cleaning and descaling functions. Finished in black glass with refined detailing, the oven blends seamlessly into premium kitchen interiors, reflecting Häfele’s emphasis on combining technology with everyday usability.
