Kanpur Development Body accepting applications for the sale of plots

From November 16 to December 15, the Kanpur Development Authority (KDA) is holding an online application period for the sale of 101 non-residential/commercial plots.

According to a KDA, the applicants must successfully register at the e-auction portal by December 14.

All of the plots are located in fully established KDA schemes, and 101 of them are set aside for businesses such as stores, nursing facilities, daycare centres, milk collection centres, cow colonies, and gas stations.

Jarauli, Ispat Nagar, Kalpi Nagar, Vyapar Nagar, Vaidehi Nagar, Cattle Colony, Kidwai Nagar Block Y-1, ShujatGanj Block-B, SwarnJayantiVihar, Mahaveer Nagar Extension, and Shatabdi Nagar Sector-4 are the KDA housing schemes where the plots are located.

KDA has set the minimum price of the land in the range of Rs 7,200 per sq m to Rs 80,000 per sq m.
