Kanpur development body plots bidding started via e-auction

Kanpur Development Authority's 401 residential and non-residential plots e-auction bidding got underway. Arvind Singh, Vice-Chairman, KDA, launched the auction by clicking the e-auction gateway on the www.Kdaindia.co.in website. In order to participate in the e-auction of 401 residential and non-residential plots, interested parties had to register by December 28 and submit their offers online between 02 January and 31 January 2023.

In the Jawahar Puram, Shatabdi Nagar, Shujat Ganj, and Jahnvi-Bhagirathi plans, residential plots are offered, whereas non-residential plots are offered in New Transport Nagar. Residential plots range in size from 47.53 to 300 square metres, whereas non-residential plots range from 90 to 1800 square metres. Before buying a property, interested parties can use Google location to view the plot on the site.

SB Rai, a law enforcement and public relations official, claims that KDA offered plots for sale on the occasions of Atal Behari Bajpai's birthday, Christmas, New Year's, Makar Sankranti, and Republic Day. Interested parties may submit their bids using an Android device or a computer.
