LML Realty launches cinema campaign for industrial parks

LML Realty has launched a cinema advertising campaign with PVR INOX, showcasing its transition from the iconic scooter brand to an industrial infrastructure developer. The campaign will run across 81 screens in Gurugram and Faridabad.

The campaign centres on a brand film tracing LML's journey since 1972, highlighting its evolution from manufacturing scooters to developing industrial infrastructure. The film also features the company's flagship LML Industrial Park at Jhirka Valley in Haryana, approved under the state's PADMA (Promoting Access and Development of MSME Advancement) scheme.

The film highlights the industrial park's integrated ecosystem and introduces LML Realty's Built-to-Suit Factory solution, which combines land acquisition, factory construction, statutory approvals and infrastructure under a single contract. The offering allows businesses to either own or lease ready-to-operate manufacturing facilities.

The campaign also showcases incentives available under the PADMA scheme, including financial and infrastructure support aimed at encouraging MSME investment in Haryana.

Yogesh Bhatia, Managing Director & CEO, LML Realty, said the campaign reflects the company's evolution and its focus on enabling manufacturing through integrated industrial infrastructure.

LML Realty recently announced an investment of Rs 2.5 billion in its 45-acre Jhirka Valley Industrial Park and plans to develop 100 industrial parks over the next decade.
