LML Realty Launches Digital Platform for Custom Factories

LML Realty has launched ‘Your Factory’, a digital platform that enables businesses to configure, customise and order built-to-suit factories online. The platform combines plot selection, factory specifications, pricing and development into a single digital interface.

Businesses can select plot sizes ranging from 500 sq. yd. to 10 acres and customise requirements such as factory size, height, structure, crane provisions and power needs. The platform provides instant quotations, allowing users to view configurations and pricing while designing their facilities.

Pricing for the built-to-suit factories starts at Rs 2,499 per sq. ft., with LML Realty offering a delivery timeline of 180 days.

Dr. Yogesh Bhatia, MD & CEO, LML Realty, said the platform aims to simplify industrial real estate by improving transparency around costs, timelines and factory specifications.

The platform is targeted at MSMEs, first-generation entrepreneurs, manufacturers and businesses planning to establish or expand industrial operations. By digitising the factory development process, LML Realty aims to reduce complexities associated with land identification, design planning and facility execution.

The launch reflects LML Realty’s focus on bringing greater digitalisation and transparency to industrial real estate, enabling businesses to gain better control over factory design, configuration and costs.
