With a process taking less than five minutes, users receive a clear and accessible graph illustrating their carbon impact.

Lux housing sees 75 per cent Y-o-Y growth across cities
As per the CBRE South Asia report, ‘India Market Monitor Q4 2023’ the luxury segment housing (units priced `40 million and above) recorded a 75 per cent Y-o-Y growth in sales in 2023. Around 45 per cent Y-o-Y increase in unit launches was recorded in 2023. The percentage share of the segment in residential sales stood at 4 per cent in 2023. Delhi-NCR recorded the highest surge registering a 197 per cent Y-o-Y increase followed by Pune, Hyderabad and Mumbai, registering an annual growth of about 144 per cent, 64 per cent, 24 per cent and 4 per cent respectively.

Colliers to construct artificial intelligence extension hub in Ahmedabad
Colliers has won a significant assignment to construct the artificial intelligence and technology extension Hub in Ahmedabad for Infibeam Avenues. The Indian-based multinational fintech company plans to have an AI hub in GIFT City, Gujarat and the Ahmedabad campus will be an extension of that, set to be up and running in 18 months.

Over 100 homebuyers of a residential project of Godrej Properties (GPL) in Gurugram have chosen a buyback offer from the company after certain flaws were detected in construction quality of the project named Godrej Summit. Godrej Properties anticipates that it will spend Rs.1 to Rs.2 billion for the buyback. The project has 1,100 residential units housed in 11 towers.
The company in 2023 said it had announced a buyback for those wanting to exit the project. Repair work is expected to be done by the end of this year.
