Nehlia Realtors rebrands as Nehlia Developers

Nehlia Realtors has rebranded as Nehlia Developers, marking its transition from a real estate consultancy to a real estate development company with a focus on residential, plotted and luxury farmhouse projects.

The company said the rebranding reflects its strategy to develop planned communities that integrate modern infrastructure, lifestyle amenities and sustainable development. Its portfolio will include premium residential developments, plotted layouts and luxury farmhouses targeted at homebuyers and investors.

Led by founder and CEO Ashok Nehlia, the company said it will continue to emphasise trust, transparency and customer-centricity while expanding into property development.

Commenting on the transition, Om Prakash Nehlia, Managing Director, Nehlia Developers, said the move represents the company's next phase of growth. He added that future projects will focus on quality construction, planned communities and long-term value creation while maintaining the principles that have guided the business.

Nehlia Developers also plans to expand its presence in high-growth locations with improving infrastructure and investment potential. The company said luxury farmhouse developments will remain a key focus area, catering to buyers seeking low-density living environments with modern amenities.

According to the company, sustainability, customer experience and construction quality will remain central to its development strategy as it seeks to strengthen its presence in North India's real estate market.
