Omaxe Receives RERA Registration for Commercial Project in Mathura

Omaxe has received registration from the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) for its commercial and service apartment project, Eternity - 2, in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The company disclosed the approval in a stock exchange filing on October 17, 2026.

The registered development is named Commercial and Service Apartment at Eternity - 2 and is located within Omaxe Eternity - 2. The project site covers Khasra Nos. 411 and 413 in Mauja Maghera and Mauja Raal, along the Vrindavan to Radha Kund Marg in Mathura.

According to the filing, the registration remains valid until April 1, 2031, unless the regulatory authority grants an extension. Omaxe said the project is intended to serve both domestic and international markets. The development was launched on October 17, 2026, the same day as the company’s disclosure.

The registration provides the regulatory approval required for the project under the state’s real estate framework. The filing did not disclose the project’s investment value, construction schedule, unit count or expected completion date. It also did not provide details of the commercial categories or service apartment inventory planned for the site.

Omaxe’s shares ended 4 per cent higher in the trading session on Friday, October 16. The stock had gained 40 per cent so far in 2026, according to the report. The filing comes as the company advances its development activity in Mathura, a location that includes the Vrindavan-Radha Kund corridor identified in the project details.

The RERA registration marks a formal regulatory milestone for the Eternity - 2 development. Further project-related details, including construction progress, sales information and any future changes to the approval period, would be subject to subsequent company disclosures and regulatory updates.
