Platinum Corp Launches Luxury Suites in Santacruz

Platinum Corp has recently launched Platinum Stellar: Bespoke Presidential Suites, a premium residential project in Santacruz West, Mumbai. The development is positioned as a boutique luxury offering for homebuyers seeking expansive layouts, privacy and personalised living experiences.

Located on Main Avenue, the project has been designed as a low-density, high-end residential address with spacious homes starting from 2,500 sq ft and extending to full-floor residences. The project targets HNIs, business owners and legacy residents from the Bandra-Khar-Santacruz belt.

Platinum Stellar has been developed with a design-first approach in collaboration with celebrity interior designer Sussanne Khan. The project draws inspiration from Art Deco architecture, with refined detailing, elegant material palettes and layouts suited to contemporary urban living.

The development includes lifestyle-led amenities such as hosting spaces, a private party lounge, wellness zones, yoga areas, aerial fitness facilities and spa-salon experiences. Its location offers access to Bandra, Khar, key arterial routes, premium social infrastructure, retail, dining and business districts.

Platinum Corp said the project forms part of its larger pipeline of premium launches and strengthens its position in Mumbai’s luxury residential market. The company has delivered 1.75 million sq ft across prime Mumbai suburbs over more than 15 years.
