The development is spread across 28.6 acres and comprises 5,120 residential units with a total saleable area of approximately 10.36 million (mn) square feet. The scheme represents one of the city's largest new residential communities and targets a range of homebuyers with multiple product types.

The project has an estimated gross development value of Rs 95 billion (bn) and offers configurations including two, three, three point five and four bedroom homes, as well as four bedroom units with staff accommodation. Apartment sizes range from 1,169 sq ft to 3,013 sq ft and ticket sizes are expected to be between Rs 10 mn and Rs 30 mn. The offering spans diverse price points to address mid and upper segments of the housing market.

Tellapur has been identified for its proximity to Hyderabad's principal information technology corridors and for well developed social and physical infrastructure, supporting sustained residential demand. Prestige Golden Grove has been conceived to combine contemporary design, generous open spaces and a comprehensive amenities programme to enhance everyday living. The master plan is intended to deliver a balanced lifestyle for families and professionals.

The launch strengthens the company's presence in Hyderabad and aligns with its strategy of expanding across high growth urban markets with a diversified residential portfolio. As at December 2025 the group had delivered 313 projects spanning 206 million (mn) square feet and maintained a pipeline of 128 projects covering 195 million (mn) square feet. Company leadership indicated the city's infrastructure growth and robust economic base underpin steady demand and the group will focus on disciplined execution and lifecycle quality delivery.
