ROSHN Opens Communities to Eligible Non-Saudi Buyers

ROSHN Group, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company and Saudi Arabia-based master developer, has expanded access to its residential portfolio for eligible international buyers and investors following updates to the Kingdom’s regulations governing non-Saudi property ownership.

According to the company, thousands of non-Saudi buyers have registered interest since the regulatory changes. The development is expected to introduce additional sources of demand and investment into Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector while ROSHN continues to deliver housing and integrated communities for Saudi citizens.

Eligible non-Saudi buyers and investors outside the Kingdom can purchase residential units within ROSHN Group’s existing communities across three geographical zones. Transactions can be completed through the ROSHN App, which provides access to residential developments in Riyadh, Jeddah and Makkah.

In Riyadh, SEDRA is an integrated community located near the Expo 2030 site and other major city destinations. More than 3,000 units have already been delivered, while the development includes schools, retail facilities, pedestrian pathways, green spaces, landscaped parks and a mix of apartments, townhouses and villas.

ALAROUS, located in northern Jeddah on the Red Sea coast, is positioned close to MARAFY, ROSHN Group’s waterfront mixed-use destination. Apartments at MARAFY are expected to be offered in the future, while the development is planned around a navigable canal.

ALMANAR is ROSHN Group’s first integrated community at the western gateway to Makkah Al-Mukarramah. Located around 20 minutes from Al-Masjid Al-Haram, the development includes a range of residential units within an integrated community environment.

Qualified buyers can also access property opportunities through Saudi Properties, the Kingdom’s official digital gateway. ROSHN said its app enables international customers to complete the home-buying process remotely, including property selection and purchase procedures.
