Royal Green Realty Appoints Deepak Khemchandani as CFO

Royal Green Realty has appointed Deepak Khemchandani as its Chief Financial Officer to strengthen the Gurugram-based developer’s financial strategy and support its sustainable growth plans.

Khemchandani brings more than 24 years of experience across finance, accounting, business planning, treasury, taxation, investor relations and financial strategy.

He has previously held leadership roles at real estate companies including Jindal Realty, Orris Infrastructure, Shipra Group, AlphaCorp Group and Splendor Landbase. His experience covers financial transformation, capital structuring, regulatory compliance, strategic planning and business growth.

Before joining Royal Green Realty, Khemchandani served as Chief Financial Officer for JRL Group entities at Jindal Realty. He was elevated to the position within nine months of joining the company.

Commenting on his appointment, Khemchandani said Royal Green Realty’s focus on quality, transparency and sustainable development attracted him to the organisation. He added that he would work towards strengthening its financial foundations, improving investor confidence and developing systems to support its next phase of growth.

Yashank Wason, Managing Director, Royal Green Realty, said Khemchandani’s experience in financial planning, capital management and corporate governance would support the company’s expansion plans.

He added that the appointment aligns with Royal Green Realty’s focus on strong governance, financial discipline and sustainable value creation.
