SS Group Launches Single-Tower Project SS ONE Near Dwarka

SS Group has launched SS ONE, a premium residential project comprising a single 42-storey tower near Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. The development sits on about eight tenths of an acre and will be executed in a single phase with a targeted completion in 2031. The project is positioned as a pure residential offering designed for low-density vertical living. It is intended to address demand for privacy and spacious layouts among urban buyers.

SS ONE follows a low-density configuration with three apartments per floor to enhance privacy within a high-rise format. Apartment sizes range from about 1,770 sq. ft. to 1,925 sq. ft., with each residence featuring three to four balconies. The scheme comprises exclusively three-bedroom units with three bathrooms and an additional powder room and all units have been launched simultaneously. Pricing starts from Rs 27.5 million (mn).

The development will provide two dedicated clubhouses alongside lifestyle and wellness amenities including a state-of-the-art gymnasium, spa, sauna bath, two swimming pools, a landscaped pool deck, a grand multipurpose hall and a reading lounge. Landscaped open terrace areas and a multi-tier security system are also part of the offering. The facilities are directed at premium homebuyers, upper-middle and affluent families and working professionals seeking low-density high-rise living. The project aims to align product design with evolving urban aspirations in Gurugram.

Strategically located, SS ONE offers proximity to key corridors and transport hubs, being around three minutes from Dwarka Expressway, five minutes from NH-48 and about 10 minutes from Rajiv Chowk, while Indira Gandhi International Airport is accessible within about 25 minutes. Company leadership indicated that SS ONE reflects a focused addition to the group’s residential portfolio and a continued commitment to delivering thoughtfully designed developments. The launch strengthens SS Group’s presence in the luxury residential segment in the wider National Capital Region.
