Supreme Constructions faces lookout for defrauding Mumbai flat buyers

The issuance of a lookout notice against builder Lalit Tekchandani and his partners by the police has been prompted by cases of cheating and forgery, with buyers accusing them of failing to deliver flats despite receiving payments.
