The Chapter launches luxury villa project in Alibaug

Luxury real estate brand The Chapter has launched Volume 004, its fourth residential development and first in Alibaug, expanding beyond its three completed projects in Goa.

Located in Vaijali, the project comprises 23 villas in 3BHK, 3.5BHK and 4BHK configurations. The development is positioned as a design-led, community-focused residential enclave featuring private pools, open-to-sky decks, semi-covered terraces and landscaped surroundings.

The project offers homeowners a choice of curated interior themes, allowing them to customise their living spaces across styles including Tropical, Modern Minimal, Japanordic and Indian Contemporary.

Amenities include a wellness zone with spa and massage rooms, a cold plunge, gymnasium, pickleball court, children's play area, banquet hall and outdoor decks.

Arjun Malhotra, Vice President – Business Growth & Strategy, The Chapter, said the project reflects the company's strategy of developing technology-enabled, move-in-ready luxury communities that combine privacy, wellness and community living.

To mark its entry into Alibaug, the company created a 1,200 sq ft logo installation using solar lanterns. The lanterns will subsequently be distributed across villages in the Alibaug taluka as part of a community outreach initiative.

Volume 004 follows The Chapter's earlier developments in Moira, Aldona and Sircaim in Goa, as the company expands its presence in India's coastal luxury housing market.
