Trendsquares Gets RERA Nod For World Of Gardens Project

Trendsquares, a Bengaluru-based premium real estate developer, has received RERA approval for its ongoing residential project, Trendsquares World of Gardens, in September. The development is positioned to become the tallest residential community in Whitefield and will feature 92 per cent open space, reinforcing the company’s focus on nature-led urban living.

Commenting on the milestone, R Rajasekhar Reddy, Managing Director of Trendsquares Ltd, said the company’s philosophy centres on building lifescapes rather than just structures. He noted that World of Gardens has been designed as an environment where families can grow, memories are created and communities flourish, aligning with Trendsquares’ vision of enriching everyday living through thoughtful design.

Located in Sadaramangala, Whitefield—one of Bengaluru’s fastest-growing corridors—the project has been conceived as a nature-infused residential community that blends global design influences with modern lifestyles. Its proximity to major IT hubs, educational institutions, upcoming metro connectivity and social infrastructure offers residents a balance of tranquillity, wellness and urban convenience.

The masterplan places nature at the core of contemporary living and is organised around four globally inspired garden themes. Drawing inspiration from the calm of Bali, the harmony of Japan, the classic charm of England and the vibrancy of Spain, the development brings together diverse landscape philosophies within a single integrated neighbourhood.

Residents will have access to more than 40 lifestyle amenities, including hammock gardens, Miyawaki forests, yoga decks, a sky cinema, skating rinks and treehouses. These are complemented by expansive green zones, wellness facilities, community spaces and vastu-aligned homes, creating a cohesive urban retreat where nature, design and community coexist seamlessly.
