Ulhasnagar to be free from illegal building issues: Dr Srikant Shinde

Shrikant Shinde, Lok Sabha MP, announced that the Minister has planned to provide relief to the people of Ulhasnagar from dangerous and illegal building issues.

The state government will come up with a unique development plan for Ulhasagar.

Shinde had announced the development plan during the inauguration ceremony of a garden developed by former deputy mayor Jeevan Idnani.

Shinde said that the issues in Ulhasnagar are different from any other city in the state, due to which the cluster plan cannot be implemented.

In the last few years, many buildings collapsed and killed people in Ulhasnagar. Most of the buildings were constructed illegally, so the owners were unable to repair or redevelop their buildings.

The ex-deputy mayor of Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation (UMC), Jeevan Idnani and president of Secular Alliance of India (SAI) said that Shinde is working for the development of Ulhasnagar and will try to resolve the issues for the redevelopment of dangerous, illegal buildings.
