Urja Senior Living unveils flagship Indore community

Urja Senior Living, a new initiative by CHL Living, will host the Grand Preview of its flagship senior living community in Indore on 8–9 August 2026, marking the group's entry into the senior housing segment.

Located near Somanipuram on Khandwa Road Bypass, the development is designed to offer seniors an independent and community-oriented lifestyle, with residences, wellness-focused spaces and social engagement opportunities.

The project reflects the growing demand for purpose-built senior living communities as more families seek housing solutions that combine independence, comfort and supportive services for older adults.

Rajesh Bhargava, Founder, Urja Senior Living, said the initiative builds on the group's healthcare legacy by creating a community where seniors can lead active and fulfilling lives while having access to a caring environment.

The Grand Preview will allow prospective residents and families to tour fully furnished sample apartments, interact with senior living experts and gain insights into the project's design philosophy, amenities and planned services.

Early participants attending the event will also be offered promotional benefits, including savings of up to Rs 1 million during the preview period.

Castrol India Q2 Profit Rises 43% to Rs 3.48 bn

Castrol India reported a 43 per cent year-on-year increase in profit after tax to Rs 3.48 billion for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, supported by growth across its consumer, industrial and institutional businesses.Revenue from operations increased 25 per cent to Rs 18.71 billion during the second quarter of 2026, compared with Rs 14.97 billion in the corresponding period of 2025.
