The international corporation manufactures industrial silica sand and resin coated sand.

Primarily operating in the foundry industry, Mangalore Minerals serves many reputed companies such as TELCO, Leyland, Ennore, DCM, Mahindra & Mahindra. Its foundry team supplies over 20 grades of foundry core and molding sands from Mangalore, Gudur, Ankleshwar, Bhuj, Rajasthan and Allahabad. Besides oil and gas and metal casting industries, MMPL also processes specialty sands for industrial applications such as synthetic putting green media, sand trap/bunker sand, limestone, agricultural feedstock, grinding media, traction sands, wall and floor covering media and other industrial fillers.

Graded to perfection

Recently MMPL also started process washing and grading sand exclusively for the construction industry. It has graded sand has found various civil applications like cement concrete, mortar for brickwork and plastering of walls. This sand is preferred by leading developers and contractors as it prevents sand wastage and also lowers cement consumption.

This sand is free of silt and suspended foreign particles. It enables zero per cent wastage besides saving time and manpower on sieving process.
