Prateek Group Records Rs Three Billion Sales in Q4 FY26

Prateek Group has recorded sales exceeding Rs three billion (bn) during Q4 FY26, reflecting sustained demand across its residential portfolio and reinforcing homebuyer confidence in NCR. The strong quarterly performance comes amid continued momentum in the NCR residential market driven by demand for premium and luxury housing, expanding infrastructure and improved connectivity. Prateek Begonia, a premium residential development within Prateek Grand City Township at Siddharth Vihar, has become highly sought after in the micro-market and benefits from robust end-user demand and improving regional connectivity. Industry estimates indicate Prateek Begonia carries revenue potential of Rs 50–60 bn. Phase one has been launched for sales while construction of phase two is ongoing without sales, illustrating the Group's financial strength and development pipeline.
