IndoSpace Appoints Balkrishna Jha as Marketing VP

IndoSpace has appointed Balkrishna Jha as Vice President – Marketing, strengthening its leadership team as India's industrial and logistics real estate sector continues to expand on the back of manufacturing growth, supply-chain modernisation and rising warehousing demand.

In his new role, Jha will lead IndoSpace's marketing and brand communications function, with a focus on enhancing the company's market positioning and strengthening engagement with key stakeholders across the industrial and logistics ecosystem.

Speaking on his appointment, Balkrishna Jha, VP – Marketing, said, "IndoSpace is a pioneer and the category leader in industrial and logistics real estate in India — a sector that is central to the country's manufacturing and supply-chain growth story. I look forward to working with the team to further build the brand and tell its story to the audiences that matter."

Jha brings more than 14 years of experience in marketing and communications, primarily across the banking and financial services sector. He joins IndoSpace from Aditya Birla Housing Finance, where he served as Digital Marketing Lead.

Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles at Adani Capital (Tyger Capital), DCB Bank, ICICI Bank and L&T Financial Services. His expertise spans brand management, integrated marketing communications, public relations, and digital and performance marketing.
