K2 Infragen Appoints Virendra Kumar as Head of HR & Administration

K2 Infragen Limited has appointed Virendra Kumar as Head – HR & Administration, bringing nearly 25 years of experience in human resources, administration and organisational management to the company’s leadership team.

In his new role, Kumar will oversee HR and administration functions, focusing on employee engagement, people practices, workplace culture and organisational efficiency. He will also align people-focused initiatives with the company’s business objectives and strengthen systems supporting employee and organisational growth.

Kumar has held HR and administration roles at organisations including MRG Group India, Aparajitha Corporate Services, Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Voltas, Era Infra and Intertoll ICS. His experience spans employee relations, people management, organisational processes and administration across multiple industries.
