It commemorates the 75th anniversary of India's real estate industry Post-Independence. Providing a comprehensive account of the sector's evolution, the book features insights from prominent leaders and experts, emphasising the profound impact on the nation's overall progress.

Over the past seven decades, the real estate sector has witnessed remarkable innovation, playing a pivotal role in India’s economic growth. Renowned figures such as architect Padma Bhushan Hafeez Contractor; Dr Niranjan Hiranandani of Hiranandani Group; Vijay Wadhwa, Chairman, Wadhwa Group; Abhishek Lodha, CEO, Lodha Group; Jaxay Shah of Savvy Group; Sanjay Dutt of Tata Realty, Angad Bedi of BCD Group and other influential personalities not only envisioned the Indian real estate landscape but also contributed to its transformative journey. There is a separate section on Nari Shakti ably contributed by Lata Pillai, Senior MD, Head of Capital Markets at JLL India; Gitanjali Mirchandani – Founder, ARM Capital and Manisha Natarajan, a well-known media consultant.
