Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has directed the GMR Group to expedite the construction of Bhogapuram Airport, with a deadline set for June 2026. This strategic move aims to enhance the state?s aviation infrastructure and boost connectivity, potentially transforming the region into a prominent aviation hub. The Bhogapuram Airport, located near Visakhapatnam, is envisioned to support the state's economic growth by improving air connectivity and accommodating increasing passenger traffic.
