B R Goyal Infra Secures Rs 480-Mn NHAI Toll Collection Contract

B R Goyal Infrastructure announced that it has secured a work order worth Rs 470.83 million from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

As per the exchange filing, the contract involves toll fee collection at the Khambara Fee Plaza (Design Km 71.050) on the Nagpur Seoni-Betul section in Maharashtra. The scope also includes maintaining toilet blocks and replenishing consumables at the site. The agreement will be executed over a one-year period through e-tender-based competitive bidding.

The company confirmed that the award does not constitute a related party transaction, as neither promoters nor group entities hold any interest in the authority.

B R Goyal Infrastructure is engaged in infrastructure development projects spanning roads, highways, bridges, and buildings. For FY25, the company reported a 15.1 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 250.18 million, despite a 13.4% decline in revenue to Rs 5.09 billion.
