Unique features: Designed with a Spanish colonial architecture theme, this project brings together Mediterranean-style buildings with modern designs. Planned with tiled courtyards, red roofs and terraces, Spanish arches and expansive windows, Mantri Espana Phase-1 includes amenities such as a grand entrance gate, five swimming pools comprising an indoor temperature-controlled swimming pool, landscaped gardens, boulevards, floral walkways and water bodies and a grand atrium with lounge.
