ENR Top International Design Firms and Top International Contractors Recognition Ceremony

Engineering News-Record (ENR) associated with CW to recognise Top International Design Firms and Top International Contractors at the CONSTRUCTION WORLD Global Awards this year. For a number of years, ENR hosted a Global Construction Summit in New York City v a very global city indeed. (This year, we decided to broaden our horizons and get a perspective on global construction from one of the fastest growing construction markets in the world v India, said Janice Tuchman, Editor-in-Chief, ENR. (We are delighted to associate on this event with our partner CONSTRUCTION WORLD! ENR is well-known for its ranking of the Top 225 International Design Firms and the Top 250 International Contractors. These rankings are based on original research, conducted by the ENR staff and based on surveys filled out by hundreds of design and construction companies around the world. Elaborating on the process, Scott Blair, Managing Editor, ENR, said, (We rank firms by revenue earned exclusively in the construction industry v an objective measure of their success in the marketplace. In our terminology, µinternational¦ refers to the revenue earned outside the firm's home country. The rankings have been published for almost 40 years, appearing first in December 1979. Even privately held firms report their revenue specifically to appear in these rankings, which are widely used by owners planning construction projects as an objective source of data about companies around the world. These firms were being recognised for their accomplishments of making it to the ranks of ENR's 2018 lists.
