This year, we have seen the Indian construction and mining equipment segment show positive signs and, like any company, Murphy wants to be a part of this. Excon is a great platform to showcase what we offer and how we can work with OEMs to make their equipment more competitive. Launches or product upgrades: We are excited to showcase our PV1100 (10.6 inch) and the PV1200 (12.3 inch) displays for the first time in India. These are rugged, top-of-the-line products made with great care for the off-highway market. Full touch, tablet-like design with a great user interface will bring top-end car-like features to off-highway rugged equipment. We are also showing our DVC710 and DVC725 range of hydraulic controllers along with the newly launched XMD Bluetooth Valve Controller. Generating business: As always, Excon is more about interaction with our present and prospective customers. The expo is an opportunity to showcase our products and learn from the marketplace its needs for the future. Information sharing is two ways; the business generated is a byproduct of how well we capture the needs of our customers and adapt to solve the complexities they face. Major systems: Murphy works with OEMs globally, bringing together different aspects of their equipment-enhancing features, making them user-friendly, smarter, safer, and ultimately more efficient. Our solutions include hydraulic control systems for all kinds of hydraulic control; vehicle management and engine safety solutions for all kinds of mobile machinery; drill assist system (DAS); weigh assist system (WAS); data logging solutions; and high current switching solutions. CE demand drivers: The government has been working to improve infrastructure in India; accordingly, construction and mining equipment manufacturers will have a major role to play in shaping the country's future. We are providing our customers with complete systems and solutions for machine control. Our systems are adaptable and, most important, modular, which helps them start with a basic product or system and add on as and when job complexity increases.
