lRajnish Kumar has been appointed as the Managing Director & CEO of SBI Capital Markets Ltd (the Merchant Banking arm of State Bank of India). He has replaced VG Kannan. l Honeywell Process Solutions recently announced the appointment of Vikas Chadha as Managing Director for Honeywell Automation India Ltd (HAIL) and India country leader for Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS). In this role, he will be responsible for leading various divisions of HAIL for continued growth in the region, and also strengthen the brand. l Bharti Enterprises firm - Bharti Realty recently appointed SK Sayal as Managing Director & CEO.
