DMICC to invite RFQ, RFP for Mumbai-Blore road corridor

For the proposed Mumbai-Bangalore industrial corridor, request for qualification and request for proposals (RFQ and RFP) have been invited from consulting firms. The Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Corporation (DMICC) has invited the RFQ and RFP. DMICC will shortlist the firms by December-end. DMICC wants to build the Mumbai-Bangalore industrial corridor on the planned lines of Delhi-Mumbai corridor. The DMICC is headquartered in Delhi. The plan, like the Mumbai-Delhi one, is to create several smart cities along a designated route in order to bring about a massive transformation in the manufacturing and services sector by way of designated industrial areas and investment regions.
