Hiranandani Signature fulfills the dream of India’s first IFSC at GIFT City

Hiranandani Signature is a commercial tower completed within a record 13 months – while ensuring quality of construction. This is an achievement by Dr Niranjan Hiranandani and the Hiranandani Communities team. “We are proud and privileged to have taken up the challenge of completing this 16-storey edifice, which offers 4.2 million sq ft of office spaces. We at Hiranandani Communities take pride in announcing the completion and handover of India's first IFSC-designated tower, ‘Hiranandani Signature’ in the SEZ zone of GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat,” says Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman & Managing Director, Hiranandani Communities.

A testimony to Hiranandani’s professionally structured corporate organisation, Hiranandani Signature was created by leveraging global best practices and construction material. “The time-bound completion of Hiranandani Signature was a result of pioneering technologies, bold design and precision engineering which ensured we created a landmark. The completion of this 16-storey commercial tower within a record thirteen months encapsulates our efforts, with the right synergy between various teams – be it architecture, engineering or procurement and contracts – each has shown exemplary spirit in creating and delivering  Hiranandani Signature, the first functional International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) at Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT CITY),” he adds.

“While we have welcomed some of India’s biggest players from the BFSI segment to ‘Signature’, there seems to be a huge demand from leading players in equity, commodities, as also the insurance sectors. GIFT City is a project creating leading-edge infrastructure, services and platforms; and offers financial services enterprises a significant competitive advantage to operate regionally and globally and write a new chapter in Gujarat’s real estate success story” adds Dr Hiranandani.

In the Indian context, rarely is a developer associated with speed of construction, precision, and early delivery. Explaining that the achievement was not just the tower being completed within 13 months, but also how it was done, Dr Hiranandani points out that this achievement was done by following global best practices.

The IFSC at GIFT City will drive global business growth for India’s BFSI sector and create a hub which will power its global growth story.
