SBI launches one-stop portal for home buyers

State Bank of India recently launched SBI Realty, a dedicated portal designed to assist home buyers in selecting apartments from a list of its 3,000 approved projects across 13 states and Union Territories. The objective in launching the portal has been to ensure customer convenience by providing an integrated website for home buyers. The portal was designed by SBICAP Securities in collaboration with PropEquity and can help customers identify their dream house in reliable projects with credibility in the market. Currently, 9.5 lakh homes are available on the portal spanning 30 cities. The website enables the users to compare past and present trends in prices of the property and also helps them calculate the amount of loan they’ll need to borrow based on their credit and income.
