VME Realty to build luxury apartments in Kilpauk

In Chennai, VME Realty has launched a six-apartment residential project, the Hexad, at Kikpauk. The 4- and 5-bedroom-hall-kitchen units are on offer at Rs 15,000 a sq.ft. Construction is expected to start in about a week, according to the company.

Apartments range from 1,927 sq.ft to 3,762 sq.ft at prices of about Rs 3 crore to over Rs 5 crore. Residents will be provided with 24-hour security, landscaped exteriors and standby power.
