BHEL to set up power projects in Maharashtra
BHEL is planning to set up two Greenfield Thermal Power Projects (TPP) at Nasik (5×270 MW) and Amravati (5×270 MW), with an investment of Rs 5,778 crore. The company's scope of work in the project envisages design, engineering, manufacture, supply, erection and commissioning of steam turbines, generators, boilers, associated auxiliaries, electricals and state-of-the-art controls and instrumentation and electrostatic precipitators.
