JSW to buy JP Powers Bina, Nigrie power plants

JSW Energy, after being pipped in the recent two power deals by Reliance Power and Adani Power is now planning to buy the rest of the assets on the block in order to move ahead in the race. The company is now in talks to buy JP Power´s Bina and Nigrie thermal power units. Bina Thermal Power Plant has a capacity of 500 MW and Nigrie Thermal Power Project has a capacity of 1320 MW.
