IOCL plans LNG terminal at Ennore

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) proposes to set up a LNG import and re-gasification terminal at Ennore. The project will cost about Rs 1,500 crore and have a capacity of 2.5 mtpa, which subsequently would be raised to 10 mtpa. The project is jointly promoted by IOCL and its subsidiary Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd (CPCL).
