TN expects Rs 20,000 cr more investment

The Tamil Nadu government is expecting an additional investment of Rs 20,000 crore in the state from various industrial sectors shortly. New projects are under various stages of finalisation in the state. The state government has proposed to bring a set of reforms, including a new industrial policy, Vision 2025, and policies to encourage renewable energy and aerospace industry. The investments would come in various segments including heavy metals, automotive, and electronics components, and petrochemicals.
