The North Eastern Council (NEC) has reportedly sanctioned three projects in Meghalaya, such as construction of boy’s and girl’s hostel at an estimated cost of Rs 0.194 mn, construction of the new building blocks for master education at St Mary’s College of Teacher Education, Shillong worth Rs 33.418 mn and the construction of 40 km Rymbai-Bataw- Borsora-Jalaphur road worth Rs 9.419 mn.
