The Kerala-headquartered realty firm Asset Homes plans to launch nine new projects worth Rs 250 crore in various parts of the state as a part of expanding its network across Kerala. The company plans to enter new markets by launching residential projects at Kannur, Kottayam, Thrissur and Kozhikode. Asset Homes will launch five premium residential projects in Kochi. Asset Homes will foray into the Kannur, Thrissur and Kozhikode markets within the next few months. Besides this, it plans to move to bigger markets like Bengaluru and Chennai.
