Capri Global invests in X'point

Rodium Realty, a Mumbai-based real estate developer, has raised Rs 36 crore in the form of structured debt from Capri Global Capital, a Mumbai-based NBFC, to support its project's construction. The investment is for a premium mixed-use redevelopment project, X'point in Mumbai, which consists of prime retail shops and premium two and three-BHK residences.
