Lodha Group launches New Cuffe Parade

Lodha Group recently launched New Cuffe Parade - a luxury project in the new MMRDA development near IMAX Dome on the Eastern Freeway. Spread across an area of 23 acre, New Cuffe Parade will entail an investment to the tune of over Rs 10,000 crore over the next five to seven years, making it one of the largest private investments in the MMR. In its first phase, this project will consist of a pair of 63 storey elegant towers with 15 acre dedicated to lush green spaces.
