NBCC to begin construction of stalled projects

NBCC (India) will start construction work on 11,400 flats of the stalled Amrapali projects in December. It has already started to raise funds to restart the construction works of Amrapali. NBCC plans to begin the construction in two months. It has issued tenders to appoint contractors for the Noida and Greater Noida projects. In terms of financing, the Supreme Court has already instructed the debt recovery tribunal to sell unencumbered commercial properties of the company to recover money.
